Our people are our most important asset.

We believe our tools, systems and processes are among the best in the industry. But we also know that they count for nothing without the best people bringing them to life.




For all the technological change we've seen, the belief that people are still our most important asset led us to develop a corporate philosophy: "People first, better results."

We believe, simply, that if we put people at the heart of every process, we'll do better work. This means not only putting our clients and consumers first, but also our own staff.

We deliver this in many ways. But one of the most important is that we strive to create a fresh, energizing, inspiring and creative environment for our staff so that they will produce inspired and groundbreaking work for our clients.

We make this real with a series of regular and immersive internal initiatives. One example is our Freshness program - an initiative put in place to encourage and reward fresh thinking , curiosity and innovation. It has already given birth to an annual 'If I Ran the Company' competition and stimulates our employees to be curious and ambitious for themselves, MediaCom and our clients.
