We believe

industry. But we also know that they count for nothing without the

We believe, simply, that if we put

our own staff.
We deliver this in many ways. But one
of the most important is that we strive to create a fresh,
energizing, inspiring and creative environment for our staff so
that they will produce inspired and groundbreaking work for our
clients.
We make this real with a series of
regular and immersive internal initiatives. One example is our Freshness
program - an initiative put in place to encourage and reward
fresh thinking , curiosity and innovation. It has already given
birth to an annual 'If I Ran the Company' competition
and stimulates our employees to be curious and ambitious for
themselves, MediaCom and our clients.
